1) Reconnect
Apply your cream or oil with gentle, enveloping movements from the inside to the outside of both hands simultaneously, as if you were washing your hands. Extend the movement up to the wrists
2) Release
Knead the palm of each of yours hands in circular motions with your thumb.
3) Re-energize
Massage each finger one after the other. With your thumb, make circular movements in a clockwise direction starting from the nail. Then stretch your fingers lengthwise one by one.
4) Press
Finally press the point between your first finger and your thumb for a complete release of stress.
